Staff were friendly and efficient; rooms were comfortable and spacious; the small size of the hotel added to the pleasure; and great value for money - altogether to be warmly recommended, with none of the anonymity you often associate with chains.
No negative views.
The hotel is in the university quarter - and close to the botanic gardens and the Ulster Museum - a very attractive and lively location with plenty of bars and restaurants; also within a 10 minute walk to the centre and the Crown Bar.

Pleasant, friendly staff
Restaurant not 'manned' - reception staff covering both areas... un-necessary waiting... not staff fault - very pleasant when 'free' to offer service...
Close to City Centre/ Queens/Botanic Gdns.

Hotel is 15 mins walk from city centre. Loads of bars and restaurants around the hotel itself so lots of places to socialise in.
