Public transport provides a direct linkwith the RAI convention centre. Four of the main canals are located nearby, which are the Prinsengracht, Herengracht, Keizersgracht and Singel. A good way to learn about the rich history of Amsterdam and its canals is to go on a canal cruise. Just across the street from the hotel you will find several canal cruise companies. Nearby you can go shopping in the Kalverstraat and the Magna Plaza shopping centre, or you could visit the Scheepvaartmuseum or Nemo science centre. The Red Light District, the Dam and the lively Jordaan area are easy to reach on foot as well.
