    TODOS LOS EMPLEADOS ANDABAN ALGO PERDIDOS,NADIE SE HACÍA RESPONSABLE DE LOS PROBLEMAS QUE SURGÍAN NI TAMPOCO SABIAN DAR SOLUCIONES CONCRETAS.

    LA RECIENTE APERTURA DEL HOTEL HIZO QUE MUCHAS DE SUS INSTALACIONES NO ESTUVIERAN OPERATIVAS Y EL PRINCIPAL MOTIVO DE LA CONTRATACION DE ESTE HOTEL FUE LA PISCINA CLIMATIZADA QUE TAMPOCO ESTABA OPERATIVA.TODO ESTO UNIDO A OTROS MUCHOS INCONVENIENTES HICIERON DE NUESTRA ESTANCIA MÁS QUE UN DESCANSO UNA ODISEA

    VISITAR PUERTO MARINA,SEE LIFE ETC...

    caro para los servicios tan basicos

    muy bien situado, centrico y cerca de la playa

    instalaciones antiguas y poco acogedor, men de media pension poco variado y poco apetecible

    playa, pub, compras, restaurantes

    El hotel es feo, feo y refeo, lo mas feo que se pueda uno imaginar, no ha debido cambiar desde los 70

    Esta muy centrico de las zonas de ocio, la playa esta bastante lejos, con escalinata infinita a medio camino incluida.

    Location of the hotel.

    Rooms are very old fashioned despite claims that they have been refurbished. Only some parts have been and beds need replacing.

    GREAT LOCATION, AS NEAR TO MARINA & BEACH. IT IS ALSO VERY QUIET. FOOD WAS LOVELY & STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY

    Value for money.

    Small bathroom with sink almost on top of the toilet.

    Plenty of bars and restaurants. Beach a ten minute stroll.

    Would stay there again,was a lovely place had a nice experience

    We actually did not stay in Palmasol,was told overbooked,sent to Elay Hotel it was quite near so was not a problem.The hotel was reall good,great pool area,everywhere clean,great rooms,air conditioned

    I found the staff not really friendly,felt we were in their way and could have done without us

    Plenty of choice to go for food,near the beach so that is a big plus,also centre to most places.
