Combining the unique style of the iconic Italian interior, the air-conditioned city hotel with 136 rooms is bold, forthright and dramatic. Designed by Creative Director, Rosita Missoni, one of the original founders of Missoni, the overall colour scheme is a simple, stylish black and white punctuated with flashes of colour. Guests are welcomed in the lobby, which offers a 24-hour reception and a 24-hour check-out service, as well as a hotel safe, a cloakroom and lift access to the upper floors. The hotel also has a café, a bar and a restaurant. Further amenities include a conference facilities, WLAN Internet access and, for a fee, room service and a laundry service. There is a car park and garage for those arriving by car.

Habitaciones

Some of the rooms enjoy stunning views over the city landmarks and the famous Royal Mile. The rooms continue the palette of black and white seen throughout the property, and are animated with bursts of colour. Combining form and function, the accommodation has been carefully designed to meet the needs of today's modern travellers. All rooms are en suite and feature a shower, a bath and a hairdryer, especially designed Missoni robes and bath products. There is also a double or king-size bed, a direct dial telephone for local calls, satellite/cable TV with on-demand movies, a radio and hifi. Also included in each room is WLAN and wired Internet access, a safe and a complimentary minibar. Further amenities are a fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, an ironing set, individually regulated air conditioning and heating.

Travelling from the airport, head northeast on Jubilee Road. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Eastfield Road. Go through 2 roundabouts. Take the ramp onto A8/Glasgow Road. Turn right at Torphichen State. Turn left at B700/Dewar Place. Continue to follow B700. Continue on Bread Street, then on W Port, and on Grassmarket. Turn left at W Bow. W Bow turns slightly right and becomes Victoria Street. Turn right at George IV Bridge.
