All reception staff were very courteous and very helpful.

Tea/coffee making facilities would be very welcome.

Nothing, really. But the transport links to the centre of the city are very close to the hotel and are excellent.

when we arrived at our room for the first time, the toilet had not been cleaned properly( stains of blood in the bath, hair on the floor, taps dirty with rests of tooth paste from previous guest)we asked specially for a smoking room away from the lifts, and the gave us completely the opposite: a non smoking room just by the elevators!!!we wanted to have a bath and there was not lid to fill it with water. we called reception and he said that they only had one lid spare and it was in use by another guest!!! he suggested us to use a towel as a lid...the cleaners were making too much noise when cleaning rooms near by, slamming doors, and for my surprise, they were even having arguments with each other on the aisles! on one occassion, when we were having some rest in our room , as we were tired because of the journey, one of the cleaners opened the door withouth even asking if she could come in. we told her to come later but she insisted on coming in as she had to leave some towels in our room!!i could carry on with our short but intense experience in this hotel. this hotel was situated in the most horrifified and dangerous part of lisbon and we felt vulnerable and unsecure at all times when walking near by the hotel. i would appreciate if you could reply to me with some feedback regarding my experience in this particular hotel.regards, loli carballo
