    El hotel antiguo, lejos de la playa, y con un bufete muy escaso. Muy caro para los servicios que ofrece.

    Habitaciones espaciosas y cómodas.

    Algo lento en la reposición de la comida.

    Paseos,senderos,playa y visitas a pueblos cercanos Chipiona,Rota, El Puerto etc.

    La tranquilidad de la zona

    La piscina esta junto a un camino y los usuarios son un entretenimiento para los paseantes.

    Disfrute de la playa y la naturaleza,Visitar Chipiona, Rota, Sanlucar de Barrameda, Jerez o El Puerto de Santa Maria

    La estancia ha sido muy agradable.

    Los servicios se pueden mejorar. Las instalaciones (piscina cubierta, sobre todo) están viejas. La animación infantil y para adultos no se hace, aunque lo buscamos varias veces. La comida regular.

    ASPECTO EXTERIOR MUY DETERIORADO, NO ACORDE CON EL INTERIOR. MUY BUEN TRATO EN RECEPCIÃ?N. AGRADECIDA DE LA POSIBILIDAD DE CAMBIO EN LA MEDIA PENSIÃ?N DE CENA A COMIDA. AUSENCIA DE INSTALACIONES PARA EL DIA DE SALIDA ( UN VESTUARIO PARA PODER DUCHARSE). EN EL BUFFET LA COMIDA ES MUY REPETITIVA, AUNQUE BIEN CONDIMENTADA EN GENERAL. SERIO PROBLEMA DE APARCAMIENTO EN EL PARKING DEL HOTEL.

    reception staff friendly.

    The food was terrible, absolutely terrible. The worst I have ever come across in any hotel (even my mother in law cooks better) I went to the dinner buffet and I did not even know if I was eating fish, chicken or pork because it was extremely overcooked. I tried everything and it was the same. The quality and quantity of food at breakfast was also terrible- scramble eggs like rubber for example. Someone in charge at the hotel must surely know this- why don´t they do something about it (eg tell the chef to cook the meat for 10 minutes, not 10 hours). I will never never come back to this hotel because of this and I will discourage anyone I know from going there. I just feel sorry for the poor people in all inclusive who have to suffer this for their whole holiday. Also- the bar staff should smile and engage with people. It is a holiday place after all and people don´t want to see miserable faces.
