Overlooking the Grand Canal, next to the Basilica of Santa Maria della Salute, this charming historical hotel offers luxury in the heart of Venice. Drinks are served in the hotel's private courtyard. Dating back to 1892, the property combines contemporary interiors with original décor. Guests have a private dock for arrivals by water taxi, with a Salute Vaporetto (water bus) stop right outside. The family-friendly design hotel is fully air-conditioned and facilities include a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, lift access to the upper floors, a newspaper stand, bar and a restaurant. Room service and a laundry service are offered for additional fees. There are 50 guest rooms in total.

Located on the Grand Canal, it boasts an incomparable position overlooking the San Marco area, adjacent to the Basilica of Santa Maria della Salute between Punta della Dogana and the famous Peggy Guggenheim Museum.
