    Room very comfortable, complex very clean. Resort very easily accessible by public transport. Well laid out and seemed safe for children. Very good value for money. Tried to extend our stay on the website but no vacancies for the additional 4 days we required. only all inclusive.

    Found the shop prices exorbitant. 3 euros for a bottle of water that sold for ,65 euros in a supermarket down the road,

    The booking process is hideously complicated and at best farcical. I was sitting in a hotel in Spain trying to extend my stay by one night, and the only way this was possible was by a very helpful gentleman from First Choice telephoning a company in London, so that I was then able to book myself online. In addition to this, the first reservation at the hotel could not be found either.

    Very poor standards, does not live up to the pictures and is one of the worst we have ever stayed in and we travel extensively. Needs to be shut down and have infestation dealt with properly.

    Bed bugs - infestation in our room. Tatty furniture, filthy balcony. Poor reception staff refusing to acknowledge problems even after witnessing it first hand. Other prople trying to fly home early at great additional cost after food poisoning and witnessing disgusting hygiene standards, such as moving cutlery from dirty tables to clean ones.
