El personal en general es agradable y profesional.

La habitacion nos parecio realmente muy deficiente , era pequeñísima y el baño estaba bastante viejo.Desde luego no es lo que en España te encuentras por un tres estrellas.El ruido del suelo de las demas habitaciones y pasillos al andar era muy molesto pues se oia mucho.El desayuno es muy pobre sin casi nada para elegir.

Very good situation with very good communications to London main streets

So old installations, old furniture, noisy, limited breakfast with no alternatives, bad maintenance, very small rooms, very small lunch & breakfast installation. Some spanish 2 stars hotels are better than this one. Even they rent switchs adapters for mobile charging!!!!

Just in front of Kensington Gardens and Hide Park, half an hour walking from Oxford St. Very good communications by subway (circle and center lines) and buses.

A nice deal to stay in London. The room was very clean and without pest, which is often not the case in London. Bad mark for the complete lack of friendliness of the staff at check-in.

bel emplacement (HydePark, notting hill).

Bruit toute la nuit, Absence d'intimité, parquet qui grince, absence du double vitrage. Au niveau rapport qualité prix je recommande de mettre un peu plus d'argent et prendre un vrai hotel. Déco très vieille (Années 60). Beaucoup de choses à revoir dans cet hotel, en premier améliorer le confort des visiteurs.

Nous avons réservé une chambre double standard. Le lit faisait 125 cm de largeur (ce n'est même pas la taille d'un lit pour 2 personnes) et était collé au radiateur. La chambre était tellement petite qu'il n'était pas possible de le déplacer si bien qu'en pleine nuit je me suis brulée à 3 reprises (nous ne pouvions pas éteindre le radiateur). Elle ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos présentées sur le site de l'hôtel pour une chambre double standard. Le personnel n'a rien voulu savoir. Accueil très décevant. Prestations non conformes à ce qui est réservé.

Very good price for value! I really can not understand most of the negative comments I have read before in this forum. Have all those been really in the hotel villa I was? The rooms are clean and are equipped with all you need. The hotel is located in a very silent and nice area next to the Hyde Park (3 minute walk). It was a 3-star experience for a very attractive price.
