La valoración general es muy buena, las habitaciones, las facilidades que te dan en el servicio y las instalaciones son excelentes.
A la comida, en ocasiones, le faltaba un poco para estar a la altura del resto del hotel. El servicio de limpieza, aunque eficaz, tardaba bastante en llegar a la habitación.
Está un poco alejado de cualquier otra zona de ocio, pero tampoco le hace falta.

Lovely staff and very clean surroundings. Well signposted facilities and lots for the children to do. The water park was wonderful and the bus drivers were always happy and a pleasure to drive with. There was an excellent choice of food on offer at all times of the day. Our room was clean and cared for. We had a very nice and full holiday. This was our second time at this hotel and I will be returning again.

Beautiful hotel, very impressive structure. Our Jnr. Suite was a good size, including a full size bath tub, twin sinks and separate shower compartment. The hotel is spacious, clean and very quiet - we slept well, which is unusual in a Spanish hotel. We paid for a sea view room and were not disappointed - large balcony overlooking the pool, beach club and Med. The rooms and building are impressive but there are features of this hotel that let it down which is a great shame as it could be 'perfect' for a sun holiday. We opted for the half board basis as 'all inclusive' is not our thing - had a lovely 6 day break here.
This hotel is, as many are now, gearing towards the 'all inclusive' market, and because of this, the level of service falls well short of 4 stars. There is a lack of services at the hotel, noticeably, no where to get a decent coffee during the day time, unless you want it served to you in a plastic cup by the pool. Could be quite easily a 5 star resort given a boost in service levels and amenities, (though our visit was admittedly 'off season'). Food was a canteen like usual holiday hotel style cuisine and often luke warm or cold. Location is out of the way, with a 10 euro taxi ride to the Marina in Benalmadena, this could be seen as either positive or negative depending on your point of view. Also, if you have a height phobia, please request a low level room as the interior balconies are glass and when you step out the lift (also glass) you may experience vertigo as it is an atrium style and very open.

Tres bel hôtel avec parc aquatique sympa ! Les plats étaient variés, un large choix !
On s attendait à trouver de l animation à l hôtel mais c'était pas le cas, dommage ! Les serviettes étaient déchirées et trouées, on a du faire 2 fois la réclamation pour avoir des serviettes correctes !! Décevant quand même pour un 4 étoiles !!

Las instalaciones y habitaciones son impresionantes. Su tematización lo hace completamente diferente. Tiene además una gran cantidad de actividades de ocio disponibles.
La comida era de pésima calidad, fuimos en media pensión y la peor cena de 4 estrellas de todos los viajes que he realizado hasta ahora. También algunos rincones de limpieza de la habitación dejan que desear.
