    A beautiful hotel, beautiful vieuw

    I was in this hotel at least 4 times last year and really liked it but on this visit I have to say that there is nothing working and I was certainly not the only one not happy with the situation. When I complained at reception ' daily' I was never the only one. The room was VERY hot and airconditioning not working, the room was not clean and was hardly cleaned over the 4 days I was there, towels were not changed, glasses stayed dirty, bed was not done properly on any of the days. Really a shame there I really liked this hotel in the past, but will certainbly not go back soon.....

    The local bus finishes in Nice at the main bus station where you can take an ongoing bus to various destinations such as Monte Carlo, Eze and Grasse If you enjoy culture then a day trip to Vence and Sain Paul is not to be missed along with another day trip to the medieval village in Cagne Sur Mer, and Renoir museum

    All the staff were very helpful and special mention should go to one of the receptionist who spoke excellent English and gave us extremly well informed advice on various places we should visit during our stay. The room was very clean and the noise level was minimal Excellent service throughout. We were collected and returned to the airport by the coutersy bus. The procedure of phoning the hotel when we arrived at the airport lobby was clearly defined and it only took 10 minutes for the courtesy bus to arrive. This was our second stay in the hotel

    There is an abundance of different styles of restaurants within walking distance. The local bus is very convenient to get into Nice and has a regular service. It costs one euro to get into Nice.

    lots of restaurant s near by , great location near bus & train station , cap 3000 shopping mall

    Friendly and efficient staff. Received room upgrade to superior room as first room double instead of twin. Had no problems in hotel, everything went smoothly.
