Very friendly and polite staff. Clean room, great location. good value for central London - Great 3 star hotel.
buffet breakfast was quite cold, though i'm not that fussy and found it yummy, it made my partner a bit grumpy...

Location within a few minutes from the shops in Oxford Street
Very small lobby and bar area Lunch in Oliver`s not good, very noisy as 70 persons arrived for a buffet lunch;would have been if we had been asked to eat in the bar. Hotel generally looks old-fashioned and run-down

Breakfast service was very poor on the Sunday and quality of the food below the standard I would expect from a mid priced hotel Might stay again but would have breakfast elsewhere.
