    Breakfast was lovely, hot with plenty of choice. Toilet paper is rubbish - probably 1 ply - why can't hotels give us decent loo roll? Room was very clean and of average size. Hotel in a nice quiet location, apx 25 minute walk from Kings Cross, close to tube station with a number 88 and C2 bus stop, which run fairly frequently to Camden Lock (with its very busy market) and to city centre and all its attractions.

    Had to queue for breakfast on both mornings. Were given a table in the bar area which was really too low for eating at. Requested teaspoons and sugar three times before eventually giving up and taking these myself from a vacant table. Had to wait quite a while for Tea/Coffee to be refilled.

    Staff very friendly and efficient. This is the ONLY hotel I have stayed at in the last few years where the head of the dining room at breakfast asked if I had dined there before and when I answered no, gave me a comprehensive explanation of what was available and where it was. Breakfast was excellent!

    Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. whilst the room was a little small it was serviced well.

    the room was a little small and the water pressure for the shower wasn't strong enough.

    The hotel has a good location and is great value for money. Service from staff was also very good and every part of the hotel was clean. Our room had all the usual facilities and more. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice and quick service.

    The executive room we had was rather small and fittings a bit worn. Sound proofing between rooms was also poor. We could hear all our neighbours. This was probably due to the standards used when the hotel was built.

    No free WI-FI. Average quality breakfast. Expensive movie / broadband package @ £28.

    Good location for a conference I was attending

    Needs up-dating. Was very noisy at night with alot of doors slaming. Would think again about staying at this hotel
