Other than that the other receptionist were nice and very professional. Location of the hotel was perfect for our stay. The beds of the room are small for big people, pants ironing was very practical.
We checked-in late at nite on Sunday 15th March. The 4 rooms booked in advance were not available and we had to share the 2 rooms available. Although we had reserved non-smoking rooms, one room smelled like cigarettes. The next morning we were told that the rooms booked were free!! The receptionist who did the check-in did not apology.

Ideaal gelegen voor expo. Jammer dat de kamers erg klein zijn en het restaurant niet open is in het weekend.

Er was geen warm water, maar dat werd onmiddelijk verholpen.Personeel was aardig en behulpzaam.Extra theezakjes vragen was geen probleem.Kortom wij waren heel tevreden ondanks negatieve reacties van anderen.We wisten al dat de kamers niet groot waren maar je hebt er alles wat je nodig hebt.Het is naast de Expo dus ideaal voor ons doel.

staff is unpleasant, hotel parking cost 6 euros !
