    Buena comunicacion con el centro de Edimburgo

    Esta todo explicado SOLO en ingles y una parte muy importante de los clientes eramos de otros paises. La TV de la habitacion no sintonizaba con emisoras de habla no inglesa. En Estambul la TV se podia ver en mas de seis lenguas diferentes, entre otras el castellano y parecido en otros hoteles de otros diferentes paises.

    We enjoyed our stay but if there was one gripe it would be the overall temperature in the bar/restaurant areas. It was a little chilly!

    The check-in procedure could have been more flexible. We arrived from an early-morning drive and flight before the noon check-in time and were hoping to have some rest before exploring Edinburgh however were told that the room was not available. There surely must have been other rooms out there however this lack of flexibility made us adjust our plans and reduced the time we were able to spend in the city.
