Impersonal y eficaz en lo fundamental.

Bien comunicado con el centro de Berlín mediante transporte público, fácilmente accesible para huéspedes con vehículo y amplio espacio de parking.

Escasa ayuda por parte de Recepción y trato excesivamente seco.

Pocas, por no decir ninguna, para quien vaya en plan turista.

Apesar de se encontrar um pouco distante do Centro de Berlim, ainda assim vale a pena, pois está muito bem servido de transporte públicos.

Pessoal muito simpático e atencioso.Quarto para 3 pessoas muito amplo e bem arranjado - muito agradável!

El hotel nos gusto mucho, en general todo estuvo muy bien, las abitaciones estan muy bien, las camas son super comodas.En cuanto a la limpieza no nos quedamos muy contentas ya que un día no nos hicieron la limpieza de la habitacion, y el otro dia si nos la hicieron pero no muy bien.Gracias

Mit einem Großteil des Persoals waren wir sehr zufrieden, vorallem an der Rezeption.

Die letzte Nacht wurden wir von Hotelgästen in der Zeit von 04:00 -- 07:00 moegens gestört. Wir haben uns auch telefonisch an der Rezeption beschwert. Diese Gäste waren so laut und aufgebracht das ich mich selber nicht aus dem Zimmer traute. Beim Scheckout am Morgen haben wir es der Dame an der Rezeption gesagt (Frau Lenz???). Sie hat uns bestätigt das die Gruppe auch bei der Abreise sehr laut war. Sie hat sich dafür entschuldigt und uns zwei Getränke an der Bar erlassen. Dies war eine nette Geste.

No refrigerator. One soap for 2 persons/a week.

Nothing much around the hotel but at least the tram stop is very close.

check-in/out procedure, receptionists help

bathroom aminities(the personel forgot to refil the shampo), dirty glasses after their use remained dirty the next day again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is very good

They are no main attractions close to the hotel but it is next to public transports and the city centre

the quality price ratio of the hotel was relatively good.
