Que está cerca del centro de Palma.

La habitación es muy calurosa y no había toallas cuando llegamos. Las vistas desde la ventana no son muy agradables, y la cama doble no es un colchón de matrimonio sino dos colchones individuales juntos en un mismo somier.

Muchas. Está en el centro de Palma, asique se puede ir de compras, elegir entre muchos restaurantes para comer e ir de copas.

Very friendly, relaxed and efficient and great central location. Stylish and minimalist bedrooms are quiet and relaxing. We had a triple room for one night. Good breakfast. Range of cooked, cold, ham, cheese, fruit etc. Excellent home made yoghurts. Worth ten euros if you make the most of it.

within 5 minutes walk of Marina, Cathedral, old City Centre

In effect this is a good quality business hotel which is also a fine tourist hotel in the city.

reception staff rather dour - could do with a few lessons in charm, effort and being aware that guests should be offered local maps and informational literature. Inertia not a great asset behind the counter. No iron/ ironing board in room !? If you would like a dark room in which to sleep, stay elsewhere, as the heavy drapes cover only half the window width

Shopping, although very upmarket. Architecture most attractive.

Good location for restaurants, bars, shops, marina, cathedral. Good buffet breakfast. Room was a good size (triple). Rooms were quiet. Reception was good/helpful with booking taxis/restaurants. The hotel had quite a funky feel about it.

Service was generally poor. At breakfast it was difficult to order tea/coffee and when you did it didn't always arrive or was the wrong drink. The bar staff 's attitude was - I'll serve you when I feel like it. Dinner was not fantastic quality and was very rushed -because there was a party in the restaurant, we couldn't book a table until 9.30 and when we sat down to eat we were told the kitchen shut at 10. The bar then closed at 11!

This was a disappointing stay at the Jaime. We have stayed here before but would not again. The staff were very unfriendly and the breakfast was poor. Nobody even wished us good morning at breakfast and we were left to scrabble around looking for knifes and forks! We watched one couple sitting down and the staff did not even bother to set their table! On the final night a group of girls on a hen night arrived and woke the whole floor up. The staff dealt with it quickly but it was unsatisfactory.

The interior design is very tasteful and appealing. The restaurant is very pleasant and relaxing. Nice spa.

Following items would have increased the service and goodfeeling in the spa: - hairdryer - bodylotion
