    Todo muy correcto, zona muy tranquila y buenas instalaciones, acceso fácil y rápido desde principales vias y a poco de las playas pero lo suficientemente lejos de ellas para no tener que soportar aglomeraciones. Personal muy correcto y atento.

    Buenos y amables profesionales, con excelentes instalaciones (piscinas, restaurantes). Para el desayuno apenas había que esperar a entrar: el buffet desayuno muy enfocado a los extranjeros no españoles, que eran clara mayoría.

    Reservé una doble de luxe con una cama supletoria y la habitación, pese a ser "de luxe", se quedaba muy estrecha al tener la cama instalada. Me pregunto si habría alguna diferencia de tamaño con respecto a la habitación normal.

    El hotel esta bien, es un cuatro estrellas interior. Tiene servicio de toallas y hamacas en la playa. Los huespedes son un 90% de Inglaterra.

    Gorgeous hotel, fabulous rooms. great grounds and stunning pool areas.

    Hotel shuttle only goes one way to Villamoura Marina at night between 7pm

    Beautifully presented and very comfortable. Looking forward to my next stay in a Hilton hotel and intend to return to Hilton Vilamoura! Breakfast was lovely and the buffet at night although 29 euros was mouth wateringly good!!

    Drinks very expensive. I believe an offer on drinks with the buffet meal would encourage people to eat more at the hotel. The food was so beautiful that if the drinks had been cheaper we would have eaten there every night. Some entertainment in the hotel would have been nice but I'm sure if we returned in the summer months there would be some.

    Not much to do near by but I was staying with my Mother and we like walking so the distance to Vilamoura marina was not too far.

    It was our anniversay and they gave us a free upgrade of room, with a stunning view over the main pool area. will go again and take children next time.

    wonderful hotel service excellent. Beach area perfect. food was very good.

    no entertainment at nigth

    The Hotel runs a shuttle to beach and a small train goes to marina during the day. Golf close by

    My friend and I stayed 2 nights checking in on Saturday and departing on Monday. 2 minor points to comment on.1, Housekeeping did not clean our glasses and cups and left a dirty tea towel in the room - not what I expect from a 5 star hotel.2, I was slightly annoyed with the way tables were allocated at breakfast. We were only offered 1 table which was poorly located and not to our liking despite there being many other tables available. I thought the other tables were probably being reserved for larger groups however we then watched as many couples arrived and these larger tables were broken up or simply given to them to accommodate them. Additionally, I thought the monitoring of hot food levels was poor and I had to request replenishment of the pancakes which then took a considerable amount of time causing a queue to build. When the pancakes finally arrived there were very few of them compared to the number of people waiting for them.Minor points perhaps but a 5 star rating not only commands a certain cost but as a consequence also an expectation which guests using these standard of hotels are used to having met.

    Exactly was you would expect from a 5 Star Hotel. Excellent facilities and the staff could be more helpful. If your travelling with young children the hotel make it a complete breeze
