    The location of the hotel was excellent. So easy from Pasddington Station and just dropped off luggage and stored on the day of departure. The room and facilities were very good.

    Check in - this was delayed and we had to wait an additional 40 minutes for the room to be available, so did not check in until 3:40pm. Steam Bar - absolutely outraged that there seems to be a business run by pimps and prostitutes out of this bar. Could not recommend this hotel to anyone with family or without an open mind. Not the sort of standard you would expect from a 4* hotel and would think that you will very quickly lose some stars for this.
