Reception staff very helpful
Major issue with underground car park facility, notice in print advises discount weekend rate from after 3pm Friday through 9am Monday. Also hotel receptionist stamps to verify tix. We arrived just before midday Saturday, got tix stamped, returned to vehicle around 3 pm Sunday expecting to pay the `advertised` £25.00 weekend rate, we were told, in no uncertain terms, it was £37.00!! When we pointed out the signage, we were advised `it was rather misleading` (to their benefit)!! It`s 24 hours only during these hours stated, therefore we were 2!!! hours over

It was a good location, walking distance (5 mins) to Westfield Shopping Centre, and to tube stations in Zone 2.
The bed squeaked so loudly it was comical. The checkin staff member barely acknowledged us let alone smile. The shower water pressure was disappointing. The restaurant was also a let down, with food not quite right and waiters constantly dropping things like a slap-stick routine.
Shopping in Westfield. Kensington. Notting Hill.

We were extremely pleased with this hotel. Ian, the receptionist, on arrival was extremely helpful and pleasant and very informative about transport in the area etc. A very good start to our stay. Very pleasant bar area and breakfast room. The concierge was also very pleasant and helpful and accommodated us by allowing us to leave our cases for the remainder of the day whilst we were shopping. Excellent stay.
Only a small thing, lighting in the bathrooms could be a litter better.
The magnificant Westfields Shopping Centre, every shop you could wish for including all the top designer names, many fantastic eating places. We spent a total of 7 hours in the shopping centre when only intending to spend a couple. Easy access into the West End with bus stopping right outside the hotel.

Good selection of food however rarely filled when busy. Staff in bar ignore you
