    We really felt the hotel generally and our room in particular was in need of refubishment and it did not meet the standard of a four star hutel.Our room was small and the ensuite tiny and cramped. The door facings were scarred and chipped and the carpet was faded.There was no minibar and the heating was inadaquate. We had to be issued a panel heater which broke down and when the guy came to replace it he said he was giving us the only other one in the hotel and if it didn't work we would have to contact the manager!!There are much better hotels for the money in glasgow. this is living on bygone reputation
