    Great food, breakfast was lovely and dinner in Minskys restaurant was great, good choices available

    scalding hot water coming from hot tap and water pipes making a howling sound when other guests are in their showers woke us up very early each morning

    A lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff, breakfast in particular was a nice relaxing experience. The only negative was the awkwardness of parking in the underground carpark but a minor point.

    The only reason for marking the room down to 3 was because the last two times I have stayed with you the rooms were cold and I could not adjust the heating. The time before last I had to get into bed to get warm and this time I went to bed in pyjamas and jumper! If this could be resolved I would be more than happy.RegardsSue
