Good quality rooms. Very well decorated and good facilities in rooms. Location good for Fira but not good for city centre.
Lifts in the looby area were not explained to us on check in which resulted in us travelling up and down 3 times! Lifts in general would be a barrier to booking a group into this hotel as they are too complicated and do not allow for a change of mind once in the lift. Also difficult to have a group getting off at 3 different floors. The price in the bar were over priced and not in relation to the price paid for the room. e.g we had 4 gin and tonics and 2 burgers which cost 102 Euros. For one nights accommodation for 2 it was only 177 Euros. The next evening we got a taxi to the Arts hotel, ate in a good restaurant, drank a bottle of wine and then taxi back for 80 Euros. This would be barrier to booking again at this hotel or booking conferences from the UK
