    desayuno excelente, un poco lejos del centro peero no apartado, se puede hacer el recorrido paseando, incluso de noche.

    We experienced a friendly helpful welcome. It was really helpful to be able to leave our cases before check in and after check out.

    A plesant stay and Sarah was brilliant and made us feel right at home..its an avereage 3 star with some bedrooms better than others but generally there were no complaints from the group about the rooms or there condition, The hotel is a few mins walk from haymarket station and a train stop away for edinburgh city centre. All in all we had a great time and recommend this place for groups due to its great affordable location and friendly staff!! the fry up was also very good!

    my only minor nit pick was that sarah had been left to run the hotel by herself and therefore it took longer at the bar if customers had arrived for check in as sarah could understandably only be in one place at a time!
