The hotel is set in spacious grounds with a lovely garden and decked terrace overlooking the beach. There is a range of facilities on offer from the wining and dining amenities, such as a bar, disco and restaurant, to the shops, hairdressing salon, auditorium, games room and TV lounge. The beach hotel offers 225 rooms in total and guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and lift access to the upper floors. Younger guests can let off steam in the children's playground or kids' club. Guests may also take advantage of the conference facilities, Internet access (fees apply), room and laundry services (fees apply for both), and a car park.
Habitaciones
The rooms are comfortably furnished and offer modern amenities with air conditioning and individually regulated heating, laminated flooring with a rug on top, a minibar (an extra charge applies), satellite LCD TV and wireless Internet access. An en suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub and hairdryer, a double bed, direct dial telephone, a safe and a private balcony or terrace also feature in all rooms as standard.

The hotel has indoor and outdoor pools, a children's swimming area, poolside snack bar (fees apply), and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. There is also a health club with a gym, hot tub, sauna (fees apply), hammam and massage service (a local charge applies). In addition, there is a games room and watersports are provided on the beach by a private operator. These include jet skiing, motor boating, banana boating, canoeing and pedal boating (fees apply for all). Guests may also take part in an aerobics session, and enjoy a game of tennis, paddle tennis (fees apply), table tennis, pool/snooker (fees apply), basketball or volleyball. The hotel puts on entertainment programmes for adults and children. Sun loungers and parasols are provided on the sandy beach.

Ubicación Halic Park
The hotel enjoys a fabulous location on a small island between the mainland and the lovely Cunda Island, all connected by a causeway. The fishing town of Ayvalik is approximately 4km and the hotel is conveniently located for visiting the many ancient sites in the vicinity such as Pergamon and Asos.
