    All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

    The first room we were assigned was poor. It was full of stale smoke, window wouldn't open and faced directly to a lounge area in the courtyard. Bed was twin. (We requested non-smoking and double bed at reservation time.) After we complained, they moved us to a better room.

    Location of hotel is great for shopping, night life, touring the sights.

    This hotel was really nice and if I return to Barcelona this is the hotel I would book.I would definately reccommend it.

    This hotel was very nice / great location / friendly staff. Hair dryer in room was very bad and the room could do with tea making facilitys. Plesent stay tho, would stay again. :)

    Staff were very helpful and friendly.Only real criticism was that we had a top floor room without a proper window.If you book this hotel ensure that you do not have a fourth floor room at the front of the building.Positon of hotel was excellent half way between La Rambla and the Catherdal

    Cela fait une dizaine d'années que je vais à Barcelone et c'est de loin le meilleur hôtel à tous les niveaux!

    magnifiquement décoré, très propre et très calme (sachant qu'il se trouve en plein centre d'un quartier animé)

    shopping, se promener sur les ramblas, aquarium, musées Miro, Picasso, maison Gaudi, etc. Il est tellement bien centré que tout est facile d'accès!
