En apariencia, recepción e demás instalaciones podrían pertener a un hotel de 4 estrellas. Sorprende gratamente la invitación a una copa de cava mientras se realizan los trámites del registro de entrada.

The location of the hotel is perfect, staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. Rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Free Wifi in rooms and use of computer and printer in lobby allowed us to check in on-line for our return journey which was really helpful. Complimentary champagne and cake was a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. Overall a great small hotel in an ideal location. Thank you!

I could not find fault in this hotel for the amount that was paid. Great value for money.

Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Das Hotel schickte zum Geburtstag Sekt und Kuchen auf das Zimmer, eine sehr freundliche Geste. Das Frühstück war preislich und qualitativ eine Überraschung. Für Buchungen ohne Verpflegung gab es 50% Rabatt einfach toll.

Die DZ sind sehr klein und dunkel, gut das wir tolles Wetter hatten, so waren wir nicht gezwungen viel Zeit auf dem Zimmer zu verbringen. Das Bad war nicht mehr modern, aber dafür schön gross.

Rooms a bit small.

Plenty. Tourist Information is about a 5' walk away. Get there for 9 a.m. However, the staff seem well clued up.

At check in we were alocated a room on the 6th floor. I signed for a safe but was not given the means to access it.. On arrival at the 6th floor (via 2 lifts - and a walk with stairs inbetween them) we discovered the room was double not twin. So I left m 72 ear old mother their and went back to reception - not simple when one has to remember two lifts and a circuitous route corridor inbetween. Reception apologised, reallocated and I went back to 6th floor, got m mother and proceeded to 4th floor. On entering the room I realised there was no access to the safe. So I went back once again to reception to sort it out.. The condition of the room was good but there were smudges on the mirror that were never cleaned off and we were not supplied with new soap/tissues - the services that make a difference if one travels on a plane. This hotel has gone a bit downhill in terms of attention to detail this season compared to last, it would appear. We chose to return there this season. Or we ma have caught it at a bad time.
