Grand Hotel Fleming

Mala recepción hasta las 15:30 no me dierón la habitación siendo esto negativo al ir acompañada de mi nieta de 4 años. Me repitierón seis o siete veces que tenía que pagar las tasas de estancia (3 Euros x Persona y Día). Al final más que ser personal de un Hotel que tienen que preocuparse para que el cliente lo pase bien me parecieron recaudadores de impuestos más preocupados en cobrar las tasas de su ayuntamiento. En el comedor al almorzar mi nieta pidio Cola Cao o Neskuit y dijerón que ello no sabian lo que era y que no lo tenían (de malos modales). En España un Camarero sabe que cuando un italiano pide "burro" no se refieren al animal en cuestión sino que a la mantequilla. Mala impresión en general.

Instalaciones bastante limpias

Alejado del centro (20-30min en autobus), poca variedad en el desayuno, servicios como internet averiado durante 3 días...

We had a really good price that is why we chose this hotel.

Water all over the bathroom while taking a shower. Hotel way too NOISY looks like the walls are made of plastic. The italian stafff screaming at each other at 8am while cleaning the rooms this is not acceptable for travellers sleepin next to them or well TRYING to sleep. There was dust all over the rooms.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Quiet neighbourhood. Good restaurant : "Un 2 tre" at 20 m distance. Very good breakfast at the hotel.

Not negative but a little bit less interesting is the fact that the distance is rather great to reach the centre of Rome. Please tell your staff that AS Roma does not sell any tickets to enter the stadium at "Stadio Olimpico" itself but at "Gran Teatro" ! I've lost about 17 minutes of play because of having to get my ticket at that place. When you know that every minute is an important one on the Italian footballfields, than you'd better inform your visitors beforehand where they have to get the ticket. (and that they have to show their identitycard) ! Please note that we had a beautiful time in Rome !

In an overall calification the hotel was ok for the price we paid for it. It wasnt a long stay so cant give any more reviews about it.

They were a little bit flexible when we asked if it was possible to stay longer in the room. But it only was one hour more. Once you know where the hotel is, its really easy to find.

If you dont know where the hotel is, you will take 4 hours to find it... Cause there is nothing important around. The breakfast is not good. There is no hot food and the quality of the food wasnt great.

Visit the olimpic stadium...

Chambre trés agréable et propre, personnel attentif aux demandes. A quelques minutes à pieds de l'arrêt de bus pour le centre de Rome (environs 30 min de trajet).

Isolation phonique limite. Il reste à faire des progrés sur le petit déjeuner notamment sur les boissons chaudes: café, chocolat chaud.

Albergo molto capiente e molto pulito. Colazione ricca e tipicamente italiana.Posizione non centrale ma comunque comodamente raggiungibile in 20 minuti con il bus 32 dalla stazione metropolitana Ottaviano.

Accedere al salone colazione dopo le 0915 non si trova molta scelta. A volte l'attesa del 32 superava i 15 minuti, ma ho soggiornato durante la Pasqua , forse avevano applicato gli orari festivi ! Wifi a pagamento.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Ceux qui trouve que c est loin du centre, 10min en taxi (soir) et un peu plus d une demi heure en bus qui vous emmene directement a Vatican, on peux rien dire pour le prix, mes amies ont payé trois fous plus en centre ville, a choisi. Décoration de la chambre un peu vieillissent mais c est très propre.
