    the water and cofree@tea should provide free for customers. also provide refrigerator in the room no postive thinks found with this hotel

    The area of the hotel is not sutable for familly. also staff who work are not professional in there work and they are very agrasive with the customers and not smilling at all.

    change the location of hotel

    There is so much to do, so many places of intressed to visit , pubs,discos,resturants on your door step,

    Breakfast in the hotel was a bit dull with little variety

    Good views at the rear. Good for transport. Comfortable.

    Very noisy at the front especially from the night club next door

    Centre of Istanbul is only 15 mins away on a very quick (about every 5 mins)and regular metro system. Lots of cheap places to eat

    Really good location near the tram and the metro. Good little shop next to it selling water etc. I enjoyed my 2nd stay more than the first as i knew my way around.

    This hotel was a steal at the price we paid ,they are undergoing refurbishment and were not fully open a great bonus for us. The breakfast was okay but not a lot of choice. The rooms and communal areas were spotlessly clean. The hotel is located really close to the Tramvay so was ideal for sightseeing. As it only cost about 50p per journey it is great value.

    In the room the shower trough overflowed if used.The tap in the sink could spin round 180 degrees.The TV reception was poor and the carpets on the floor need replacing.The staff were friendly efficient enough...same in restaurant.
