excellent service from check-in to check-out with real attention to detail - birthday fizz left in the room was an unexpected surprise! Breakfast was excellent with lots of fresh fruit, breads and delicious pastries as well as a varied selection of hot food and/or continental cheeses/hams. Location is good too with a great view over the bay/marina, lots of good local restaurants just a few steps from the hotel and the centre of palma is just a 25 min leisurely stroll along the marina. Would return.
The layout of the public areas of the hotel is rather odd - the spacious public areas are very comfortable but rather souless, no evening buzz at the bar for example. They are separated from the (again spacious) pool area by a rabbit warren's journey by two lifts to the ground floor. Both the pool and the other public areas of the hotel seem to suffer a little from this separation.

Lovely room, fantastic views over the harbour. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Free bottle of Cava left in my room to celebrate my birthday was a very lovely gesture by the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Pool was not heated and so was a bit on the cold side!
Easy 20-30 min walk into the old town and cathedral. Castle was a 15 min walk.

We were celebrating our 40th Wedding Anniversary.The staff could not have been kinder and made our stay truly memorable. The manager very kindly had a bottle of Cava sent to our suite and a few written words congratulating us. Everyone was so helpful and just could not do enough for us. A lovely hotel.
The only thing we were slightly dissapointed in was Breakfast. There were a great array of lovely fruits, cereals,meats and cheeses etc. but the cooked breakfast was not as good as we have had in other European cities and clearly favoured perhaps the German palate.
With Palma on the your doorstep there are many things to do and see.

Wonderful hotel, very attentive and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble and our wellbeing was their sole aim.
Not hotel fault, but just a shame that there were so few people staying there.

No tissues in the bathroom, no kettle for hot water (tea or coffee), small old tv (a 5 star hotel should have flat screen), very limited english language tv channels (only news)

Beliggenheden lidt uden for centrum men dog indenfor gå afstand var fint. Behagelig rolig atmosfære.
Internettet fungerede alt for langsomt. Prisen på Euro 29,- pr. person for morgenmaden er alt for høj.
