Hotel Gran Melia Colon

We were delighted at being upgraded and offered a glass of champagne on arrival. The front desk receptionist was very pleasant and professional as were all the staff we encountered during our stay. We would definitely stay at one of your hotels again and are looking forward to our next trip. Breakfast was a real treat.
