Goede ligging, dichtbij metro, lekker ontbijt, ruime kamer

Zimmer laut weil auf die Strasse hinausgehend, Zimmer nach hinten wahrscheinlich angenehmer. Preis etwas hoch weil Lage nicht besonders attraktiv. Bedienung sehr freundlich, Sauberkeit gut, Frühstücksbuffet ok.
A flight of stairs has to be negotiated up to the hotel lift, therefore it is not suitable for elderly or disabled guests. Although recently refurbished the shower fitting and pressure was pathetic in our room. This was brought to the attention of management but with no obvious improvement during our stay. On the 31st May we requested an early morning call for 0600hrs. Sunday morning....the wake-up call was not received. However, at 0630hrs. a call from reception was made to our room to 'check that the wake-up call had been received'. Not a good final impression of staff efficiency at reception. However, the taxi requested through reception the previous evening arrived promptly for our departure. Overall the hotel is a pleasant and convenient place to stay when visiting Berlin.
