This hotel is very near the airport, a convenient stop if you have an early departure or late arrival. The breakfast was very tasty and the hotel is very clean and well furnished and decorated..
Our evening meal (buffet) was bland and disappointing. The desserts in particular tasted horrible. Please give your chef better ingredients.

Room was sound proofed very well from noise outside of the hotel (airport, road traffic etc)
The room was not sound proofed very well from noises coming from the corridor (a considerable amount of guests arrived between 3.45am and 5.00am in rooms adjacent to ours) The Hotel Shuttle Service did not work very well either way and reception staff could not help even though we pre-booked it.

Convenient for the airport. Friendly staff.
Check-in was chaotic with insufficient staff trying to do too many things. The corridors are dirty and in need of repair. The water did not drain from the shower basin, and only trickled from the hand basin tap. TV remote did not work. Food is edible but of poor quality. If you have the time go to a downtown hotel otherwise you have no choice.
