    el hotel supero nuestras expectativas. muy bien situado para recorrer lo más interesante de istanbul. la habitación muy cómoda. el trato del presonal del hotel muy agradable.por la noche es una zona muy tranquila y segura. Estuvimos 8 noches encantados.

    Casi todo se puede visitar con cortos paseos. para zonas más alejadas como taksim, el tranvia tiene parada muy cerquita del hotel. recomendamos una parada antes de irse a acostar en la terraza Ozler, una gente estupenda.

    The people at the hotel were extremely friendly and very welcoming. However, the room was disappointing. The air conditioning was not sufficient and made nights very uncomfortable.

    We stayed in 2 different hotels on this trip, Lady diana hotel and this one, both booked through the easyjet/hotels website at the same price per night.Lady diana hotel was far better quality than this hotel. In particular we did'nt like the golden horn because;1. the curtains were not wide enough and therefore could not stop the sun light comin in - in the mornings,2. we booked a double room (and assumed that we would get a double bed) but were provided with two single beds, 3. the room was really small (maybe because we had a cot in our room) but it would have been nice for them to give us a slightly larger room (if available) given that there were 3 of us,4. on the easyjet booking site it said that the hotel accepted american express - but the hotel did'nt, which was really inconvenient for our financial planning purposes,5. the room had no view,6. the shower basin tended to fill up and the shower water flow was'nt great,7. the hotel only had 1 lift (for both guests and staff) with capacity for 4 people only, it was mostly full which meant that we had to walk up and down 3 floors with a pushchair to go out and come back in on most occassions.Regards
