The staff were friendly and helpful.
The location was not great and the breakfast was particularly poor. Even eating an hour before breakfast finished there was hardly any food/drink left and the fruit was old causing fruit flies to swarm over the fruit and nearby bread baskets. We did not have enough to eat at breakfast time. We failed to see how the hotel attracted a four star rating given its location away from the main tourist attractions and the lack of any facilities.
The walk to the main tourist attractions of Budapest was okay on the way there but it meant a steep uphill walk on the way back. Not suitable for people with difficulty walking. Difficult to get buses and taxis not to be trusted with fares.
Perfect location in center of city, professional staff. I am realy glad of my stay in this small and lovely hotel.
