Fantástica ubicación, estupendo para familias con niños, habitaciones muy grandes, buena calidad de los alimentos, muy buena la animación nocturna

Mejorar la animación diurna, especialmente para los niños, y mejorar la version de "todo incluido"

The biggest hotel rooms of all the hotels I have been at. The view over the sea is perfect and both swimming pool areas are fantastic. Food is great and it is very clean all over the hotel.

The information about the hotel is saying - there is internet connection in the room, for an additional fee which is quite high (8 EUR per day) but the internet connection in the room is not working! I was told it didn't work in all rooms, which was correct, as it didn't work in mine. Only rooms close to the reception (which I didn't get) as their LAN line to rooms has been disconnected and only possible to get WIFI in the reception area. They shouldn't have the information about internet in the rooms if that isn't the case - I would pick another hotel next time unless I can be guaranteed a room close to the reception area.

Excellent resort Hotel

Hot water in restaurant was not always hot; similarly hot dishes in buffet were sometimes not very hot. I understand that this must be a problem with a buffet, which, overall, is very good indeed.

Nice location and pool areas.

No dressing code in the dining room. Shorts and sandals at dinner is not ok!

Some great local restaurants.

We really enjoyed our visit to the H10 in Amadores. I was disappointed that I could not upgrade to all inclusive without going through my travel company or paying an inflated price. I telephoned my travel company a couple of times but its staff failed to get me a quote. I was to be telephoned but I received no call. Booking staff in reservations after booking was made were fantastic.

The hotel should take direct bookings from clients who have stayed with them on many occassions. In theory this is possible but I have never been able to book directly.

Hill walking to Arginegan and golf in the valley beyond Amadores - Taurus. Boat trips to Mogan and Arginegan and swimming in Amadores.

We went for the New Year and were charged for a Gala Meal (we were staying All-inclusive). Which wads an extra £70 each. We where then told that if we wanted to enter the entertainment hall after our meal we would have to reserve a table and that to reserve a table we would have to buy a bottle of spirits or champange the minimum cost being 110 Euros, this is a complete rip off. The hotel advertises these facilities, it does not advertise the fact that you have to pay extra to enjoy the entertainment that is free of charge every evening normally. Also just before 8pm the waiters in the bar area's replaced the price lists for the drinks, with new ones which had doubled in price. Again a complete rip off.

This is a great value hotel making every effort to have everything right

Excellent hotel.Plenty of open spaces to relax and chillout.We stayed A/I and would recomend it.The waiting staff can not be faulted in both the clearing of tables and serving drinks.

The in-house duo just did the same set every night in both Spanish and English and was quite frankly was a poor working mens club act.On the Friday night there was a Trammps tribute band supposedly doing a disco inferno tour.Well if the Impossible Dream and The Banana Boat songs are disco type tracks I'll eat my hat.

Puerto Rico is about 5or 6 minutes walk away and Amadores beach about 10-15 minutes along the sea-side walkway.

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable. Las instalaciones están muy bien y las piscinas están genial. El restaurante es precioso, con las vistas al mar, y la comida muy buena en mi opinión.

Algo negativo es el hecho de tener que levantarse muy pronto para poder tener una hamaca, pues los huéspedes reservan las hamacas sin civismo. Otra cosa que mejoraría es la comodidad de la habitación: las almohadas (muy incómodas en mi opinión), la ropa de cama (sugiero un edredón nórdico) y la tele es demasiado pequeña para la distancia a la que está de la cama.

Buona ubicazione,struttura moderna ed accogliente. Ottime e ben organizzate le due piscine. La sala da pranzo è spaziosa ed il buffet é molto vario e di ottima qualità.

L'albergo è dotato di molti ascensori ma purtroppo MOLTO lenti o non ben coordinati che costringono a tempi di attesa lunghi con conseguente affollamento degli stessi. La camera è molto spaziosa ed accogliente ma la stanza da bagno è senza bidet e la vasca da bagno è in posizione infelice e pericolosa.
