Very clean and nice atmosphere. Rooms great value for money, spatious and clean. Bar very reasonably priced. Very quiet at night as not roads near which means was not kapt away by noise from outside the hotel. Lovely bathrooms with very powerful shower which was always kept well cleaned by the maids. Whole hotel great value for money and ideal for bussiness.
Staff quite unfriendly and not very willing to help. Found staff on reception very rude throughout the whole 2 week stay. Also had some problems with internet connection not working for a couple of days in the hotel, reception staff refused to admit there was a problem with the internet and made it very hard to carry out business. Also only internet access in smoking area of the hotel in reception - signal of wifi very weak. Location also not suitable for people with small children or people who cant walk far as to walk back to the hotel from the metro station you have to walk up a very long and quite steep hill which was quite hard going and exhausting. Quite alot of school trips to the hotel so alot of the time the reception was filled with teenagers hanging around which was quite hard to work in as this is where the internet connection was.
Quite out of the way, nothing close however only a 5 min walk to a metro station. Very nice restraunt down the road however near the alberts supermarket which is very reasonably priced.

The walls seem to be very thin, so if you have noisy neighbours it is a little irritating

near metro, easy access to city centre; excellent food and drink with cheap prices. Pleasant and helpful staff.
too many groups of teenagers (german). lots of noise and disturbances, they even phoned the room 3 times one night and at 3 o'clock in the morning as a joke. I didn't laugh much! I realise it's not the hotel's fault but I would not recommend this hotel if you want a quiet, relaxing stay.
nothing much as it's near a residential estate. Walks in the woods.

é un bellissimo hotel in periferia ma la qualità è nettamente superiore al prezzo. Colazione abbondantissima.
la strada per raggiungere la metro è molto solitaria ma non abbiamo avuto nessun problema.
