Descripción del hotel Glenferrie Lodge
This historic, National Trust-listed hotel was built in 1898. It is set in a large private garden and has communal verandas with harbour views. A central patio has tables, chairs and parasols. Interiors are decorated in a Victorian-era style. There are a total of 70 guest rooms available, spread over 4 floors, and facilities on offer include an entrance hall, a hotel safe, a TV room and Internet access and a WLAN access point (charges apply). A laundry service and car parking are also provided for a small additional fee.

None of the rooms have en suite toilets; all rooms have shared bathroom facilities, as well as a TV, a radio, a safe and a mini-fridge. The twin and double rooms also have tea and coffee making facilities, a hairdryer and an ironing set. Deluxe rooms also feature balconies. Queen and king-size deluxe rooms feature a DVD player. Family rooms consist of king or queen-size bed, a single bed and a rollaway bed, a DVD player, a TV, a mini fridge, a hairdryer and an ironing set. Some also have balconies.
Actividades deportivas
Whilst the hotel has an outdoor patio and picnic area, there are plenty of other options in the near vicinity, including the harbour foreshore (200 m away), which has many walking/jogging tracks. There are also many fishing spots on the north side of the harbour and within 1 km of the hotel. North Sydney Olympic Swimming Pool and Gym, 1 km away, has an outdoor 50 m swimming pool with a view of the Harbour Bridge. Sydney Harbour offers many sailing opportunities, while aerobics, Pilates, and yoga studios are available in North Sydney, 1 km from the hotel (fees apply).

A hot buffet breakfast is served in the dining room. Breakfast includes fresh and stewed fruits, cereals, juices, baked goods, eggs, sausages, bacon, pancakes, hash browns, corn fritters and mushrooms. Complimentary coffee and tea is available in the dining room throughout the day.

Ubicación Glenferrie Lodge
This hotel is located on Sydney Harbour in the suburb of Kirribilli, which is on the North Sydney side of the harbour. Kirribilli is a very historical area of Sydney. It has beautiful tree-lined streets, some majestic old townhouses and quaint shady public parks, which enjoy spectacular views over Sydney Harbour. It is just 30 metres from Kirribilli House, the Australian prime minister's residence in Sydney, as well as Admiralty House the governor general's residence.

Cómo llegar
By ferry, train or from the airport. Take a shuttle bus directly to the hotel, (pre-booking required). By taxi it is approximately a 35-45-minute drive from the airport. Alternatively, guests may also catch a train from Sydney Airport to Milsons Point Station via the central railway station.
