    Staff were excellent, rooms were nice and to be honest, i was surprised it is only a 3 star!

    Possibly the location, but that can't be helped.

    Taxi rank, buses and train station were nearby. Bar area and reception were very nice.

    Excellent value and good location if you don't mind walking to the West End which takes about 10 mins.

    The room was clean if a little noisy. Room servcie was good and the staff were friendly.

    the food was poor value for money. Average quality but at a high price. Being close to the hospital, road and the kitchen extractor was noisey. 6 am deliveries were annoying.

    I was advised that there was a party on until midnight and they hoped that I wouldn't be disturbed. The noise was kept to a minimum and I wasn't disturbed at all.

    very friendly staff, well equpped room, pleasant stay

    food was only ok, nothing amazing, and it was quite a walk into town

    Byrnes road only a 20 min walk away

    This hotel is a favourite of mine, it is consistently better than many of Glasgow's more expensive hotels. I've yet to be disappointed with any aspect of staying at Glasgow Pond

    Great location for city centre and Byers rd and all the museums etc
