    LOCATION

    ROOMS BASIC AND OLD - I STAY OVER 100 NIGHTS A YEAR IN HOTELS AND THIS WAS BELOW STANDARDS

    This hotel is not to far away from central station. Just a 10 min walk straight up Argyle Street. Buffet Breakfast really good - lots of to choose from. Bed is a typical Marriott bed - very comfortable. Bathroom quite big compared to other Marriott hotels (e.g. London Regent's Park).

    Central station close by. Buchanan Street is not too far away. Plenty of shopping in this central area.

    A very cosmopolitan city that caters for visitors from all over the world.

    Friendly polite staff willing too help with any queries

    Shopping, plenty selection of places too eat at reasonable prices. Within walking distance of city centre or easy access too taxi's. handy for train & bus station.

    I have stayed at the hotel on a number of occasions both on business and pleasure and have always been very happy with my stay, my requests for higher floor or kingsize bed have always been accomodated and have rarely found anything negative to detract from my pleasure. Free car parking is a big plus but for me the breakfast is perfect for setting me up for the day, a nice relaxed atmosphere. I intend to continue to use the hotel as long as little changes.

    I appreciate that my weekend stay was over most works Christmas nights out but was annoyed to be kept awake until 3 am by other guests moving from room to room partying.

    Great for shopping or a night out in the city

    VERY NICE HOTEL .FELT POSH

    Easy to find, very central, ample parking.Rooms all fairly standard but well equipped.Good leisure club, can get a bit busy.Good choice for breakfast.Have stayed here on many occasions and would stay again.

    Room air-conditioning poor.Took a while to work.
