Our room was on ground floor with half glazed door with no blind. We had to cover with bath towel for privacy.

un buon albergo ottimo rapporto qualita' prezzo ,mi sono trovato bene l'unica cosa è che non sono preparati al turismo in lingua italiana pero' lo consiglio è ok.

Noisy at front of building due to arrivals/departures of vehicles all hours. Double glazing might have helped.
5 Minute walk into Horley town centre. Bus stops to Crawley, Gatwick Airport, Redhill etc outside the hotel, where concessionary bus passes can be used by over 60's free of charge.
