    Amabilidad del personal

    Se encuentra en un edificio antiguo en el que hay otros 3 "hoteles" más. Al llegar estuvimos buscando la recepción, que está en la primera planta del edificio. Desayuno muy escaso y poco surtido. En España seguro que no estaría catalogado con hotel 3*

    Próximo a estación Termini (estación central en Roma de Metro, Tren y autobuses).

    The hotel was central and very close to metro and walking distance to good restraints. This hotel is good for getting your head down and easy reach to romes main attractions.

    The hotel room we have was right next to reception and could hear everyone walking past or talking to recetion staff.

    Cheap hotel in central location. Breakfast was quite nice.

    Quite noisy meaning interrupted sleep some nights. Did not change the towels on any day of the stay, had to specifically request some fresh ones. One of our wet towels was placed to dry over the bidet - disgusting!

    Posizione ideale per visitare il centro,comodità e pulizia della stanza,personale cortese gentile e disponobile.

    Colazione mediocre soprattutto il caffe (sapeva di orzo).

    Très bonne situation centrale et permet de visiter le centre historique à pied. Personnel d'accueil agréable mais parlant mal anglais et français.

    Vitre de la douche cassé et TV en mauvaise état. Extra de 20 euros à payer pour l'air conditionné. Ce qui n'était pas mentionné auparavant. Très désagréable. Chambre exigu. Petit déjeuner très limite et servant du jus de fruit en poudre de très mauvais gout. Les horaires sont court (07 > 09h30).

    pratique,à 5 min de la gare Termini donc du Metro,des bus. Calme et propre

    la douche est difficile d'accès, la pomme de douche peu efficace...
