Built in 2011, the complex is a mixed residential and services development that includes an array of shops, restaurants and a large international supermarket with a gourmet concept and is suitable for business and leisure travellers alike. Comprising 116 luxurious apartments, the family-friendly city hotel occupies floors 39 to 54 of the two impressive towers. Offering excellent hospitality and guest services, there is a 24-hour concierge and reception and personalised daily house-keeping as well as a hairdressing salon, games room, children's playground and kids' club. Guests are welcomed to the air-conditioned business hotel in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities, a cloakroom, newspaper stand and lift access to the upper floors. There is a café, bar and restaurant on-site, and wireless Internet access is available. Room service, a laundry service and a car park are all offered for additional fees.

Each of the stunning 1-, 2- or 3-bedroom apartments are fitted with the finest oak wood flooring, a fully-fitted open-plan kitchen, and furnished with beautifully appointed contemporary furniture and a sophisticated entertainment system. The kitchen amenities include a cooker with hob and hood, microwave, fridge/freezer and a combined washer/dryer. In addition, the apartments have Internet access, an iPod docking station, a flat-screen TV, DVD player and air conditioning and central heating. An en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a double or king-size bed, a direct dial telephone, safe and ironing set also feature in all rooms as standard.

Massages and spa treatments are offered for additional fees. Some facilities may not be available all year round due to weather conditions.

Osmanbey metro station is just 900 m from the hotel and local minibuses run frequently within a few metres of the building. There are restaurants and shops within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. Dolmabahce Palace is approximately 2.7 km from the hotel, the Grand Bazaar is 6.5 km away and the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sofia are all roughly 7 km away.
