Staff were great. Room was small, but recently updated. Free wifi worked great, even in the restaurant. Concierge was very
helpful. Frankly, never imagined there would be a concierge at a Four Points level hotel. I think he works for a ticketing
agency and not directly for the hotel. Nevertheless, he was very helpful. Restuarant was very good for breakfast (only meal
we ate there). Fitness center was great. Individual tv screens on cardio equipment.
Room is small, but nicely updated. Property is a great location, but not a great neighborhood. While you had to walk past
an adult book store and the NYC Parole Department to get to the hotel, we did not feel uncomfortable.
