The hotel is situated 20 mins by tram from the city centre and is in a quiet suburb. The trams are very frequent so this makes the hotel an ideal place to stay. For what we paid we got an excellent deal.
The rooms could do with tea/coffee making facilities and a mini fridge.

very clean and friendly, excellent value for a budget priced hotel. public transport very close by, (very much needed)
quite a distance from the town centre, not in walking distance, about 40 mins on the tram. surrounding residence a bit off putting, especially in the evening.
nothing to do near the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay there a lot, but it could be due to my quite minimalistic demands. If it was a luxury hotel, it would get a rather poor grading. But being 3-star hotel for 23 pounds per night for a double room, I'd say it's excellent. Nice and clean with friendly staff. I don't think my room was made up in 3 days I stayed there, but I don't see the point of changing the towel every day. So all in all highly recommended as a budget accommodation.
Well, the only notable place near the hotel is Crematorium, but I wouldn't suggest doing anything there. But trams are running to the city centre so all the entertainment of the Prague is within 20 min journey.

The hotel was in a quiet area and it was only a short walk to the tram stop (No. 9), which took approximately 15 minutes to get into town. The hotel was clean and so was the room.
The information about the hotel is a bit misleading because it refers to it being near to Prague Castle, which it actually isn't. It is on the same side of the river as the castle, but it is necessary to cross the river into town and then to re-cross the river over the Charles Bridge in order to get to the castle. It was disappointing that there are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Drinks are available from the vending machine, but a 0.5L bottle of mineral water costs three times more than you can purchase it for. Tea and coffee were expensive from the bar too. Whilst the room was kept clean and tidy, the sink had a crack in it, and the shower curtain looked as if it had a small blood stain on it. The breakfast was not too bad, but the lady that appeared to be overall in charge was extremely grumpy and turned all the lights out in the restaurant one morning, when it was only about 10.10hrs (breakfast finished at 10.00hrs).
There is nothing to do in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, but the town centre (New and Old) is only a short tram ride away. I would seriously recommend a visit to the Museum of Communism - really quite an eye opener, and made me so glad that I was brought up in the UK, with the right of freedom of speech! A very sobering experience and also quite emotional in some ways.

The room was clean. Receptionist - Simone & new Trainee were helpful and pleasant. Hotel was relatively close to Tram. Warm. I would only recommend this hotel to someone on a tight budget.
I had to pay an extra Euro because I returned the safe deposit 26 hours later. I was not informed it would cost extra if the key was not returned within 24 hrs. Safe deposit box should be free & is free in most hotels or the client can surrender the passport as security. The receptionist blame it on the computer but who inputs the data ??? I asked for a room away from the main road but was refused. The receptionist did not even check to see if there is a room available.
If there are things to do, I was not informed by the Hotel. Good supermarket nearby where you can get cheaper mineral water than in the hotel. Water should be complimentary.

One of the girls on the front desk was quite unhelpful but the rest of the staff were great.

It is o.k. for this price (40 E/Double Room with breakfast).Situated outside the city, in block of flats district, but with good communication to city center (by tramway).Breakfast food a bit disappointing.

Las instalaciones son muy buenas y está todo muy limpio
