    very nice for money paid tram stop right outside that take you to the main square.

    breakfast not too appealing no toaster, not much choice for Uk market

    a nice bar/restuarant next door to hotel.

    The gift shop in the hotel had a much better exchange rate than the moneychangers in the city with only a 30 crown commission.

    The hotel staff was not so friendly.

    The hotel is quite a distance from the city centre. The good thing is there is a tram stop directly in front of the hotel. By taking the tram 5 stops to the nearest metro station, transferring and then taking the metro another 5 stops it's possible to reach the old city in 30 minutes or so.

    Very quiet location. Hot water all day.

    TV has only local and German programs. Corridors smells really bad.

    There is a bowling center next street.

    It is very efficient, good price/quality ratio. Is is near the metro, ten minutes to arrive to the centre.

    excellent value if you dont want to spend a lot of time in the hotel -

    excellent value for money - staff friendly and helpful - rooms were comfortable and warm very close to metro and tram

    decor was bit outdated and could do with redecorated in few places - also kettle etc would have been nice in the room

    got the metro into town each day - didnt really stay about the hotel

    The only problem we encountered was at check in when they had not been told we required twin rooms not double rooms as we were an all male party, but they soon sorted us out.

    Serviceminded personal i receptionen. Visade på kartor och gav tips om kommunikatione. Fick frukost med oss i påsar kl 3 på natten då vi pgav flyg lämnade hotellet mitt i natten. :-)
