buen hotel para ir con la familia. muy buena ubicacion a pie de playa y con parada de autobus al centro a dos pasos.

Buena situación en relación al turismo principal de la isla (playa). Abundancia, gran variedad y surtido, buena resposición del servicio del buffet de desayunos.

Nula información de servicios en la habitación: - horarios de servicios de bar, restaurante, ... - ausencia del avisador de no molesten / arreglen la habitación (personalmente yo debido a esa ausencia un dia llegue de madrugada y me encontre sin hacer la habitación, y se que no fiué el único caso) Quiza falta de descordinación entre servicios , di aviso de una incidencia y despues de 4 horas dicha incidencia seguia sin ser resuelta

Con una estancia de 9 días, no han repuesto ni una sola vez la jaboneta del baño, a pesar de haberlo solicitado en recepción. Es incomprensible que en recepción consideren "normal" no reponerlas (hemos pagado el mismo precio por el primer día que por el último y sin embargo el primero, el baño estaba surtido de jabones y a partir del cuarto día, nada) ¡Hemos tenido que compar jabonetas en el supermercado!. El día de llegada en todos los hoteles se acompaña a la habitación con las maletas, pero en este hotel no parece que es la costumbre. La opinión de la recepción.... Muy mala

very good place for rest and amusement . The area is very good . We had à good time and we will comeback again.

We were a little apprehensive having read some of the reviews on different sites, but we didn't need to worry!! Everything was great, the location was perfect, it was close to the airport and right on the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they really made us feel welcome. The food was great with a lot of choice and variety. I would really recommend this hotel and we would of loved to have stayed for longer!!

There are plenty of pubs and shops by the hotel and also a water park not too far away. I would recommend hiring a car for a few days though as there is plenty to see on the island, the Caves of Drach are very impressive.

Staff helpful and accomodating. Food excellent.Easy transfer from airport. Quiet beach front location. No "pub" noise!

the hotel was absolutely fantastic for the price. the food was unbelievable such choice and good quality. all staff espeially at reception very helpful and friendly we all had a great time. the location is brilliant we have visited majorca four times in the last year and this is the best hotel we have stayed in.

well stressed due to work regime before arriving,but after 2days i was totally relaxed,been 3yrs since been abroad(due to work)

Gute Lage

bereits bei Ankunft habe wir das Zimmer unsauber vorgefunden. Überall war Staub und der Kühlschrank in einem schrecklichen Zustand. Toilette nicht gereinigt. Auch während des Aufenthalts wurde nicht nachgebessert.
