Hotel Faubourg 216-224

La ubicación está bien. Hay metro y estación de train al lado.

Hemos encontrado una rata al bajar la escalera. El ascensor es muy muy pequeño que cabe sólo una persona y una maletita. No hay ordenador para usar. Hay pantalla del ordenador sólo para decoración. El personal es amable pero no es profesional. Hemos pedido un desayuno para llevar el día siguiente ya que el restaurante está abierto sólo a partir de las 7 de la mañana. Sorpresa, el día siguiente no hay desayuno para llevar consigo. No hay organisación.

ES CHIQUITITO PERO ESTA MUY BIEN TODO NUEVO, EL BAÑO, LA HABITACIÓN, LAS CAMAS, TODOS LOS DIAS CAMBIABAN LAS TOALLAS, EL BAÑO MUY CHIQUITITO LO JUSTO, PERO ESTA SUPERBIEN COMUNICADO CON TODO PORQUE ESTA A 3 MINUTOS DE LA ESTACION GARE DE NORD, EL DESAYUNO NO GRANDES LUJOS(VAMOS QUE NO HAY FRUTAS PERO SI TUS TOSTADAS, CON CHARCUTERIA, Y POR SUPUESTO CROISSANT, YOGURES, HUEVOS, ZUMOS, ETC. PERO LO JUSTO PARA COGER FUERZAS PARA PATEARTE LA CIUDAD, LO RECOMIENDO PARA VIAJE DE AMIGOS, NO PARA LUNA DE MIEL, PERO MUY MUY MUY BIEN. ESTAM MUY ERCA DE MONRMATRE Y LA BASILICA DEL SAGRADO CORAZON, NOSOTRAS FUIMOS ANDANDO.

UN POCO DE MAL ROYO, LA ZONA, PORQUE ES TODO DE GENTE UN POCO DIFERENTE, POR LA NOCHE. POR EL DIA NADA, PERO NOSOTRAS IBAMOS 8 MUJERES Y YA TE DIGO QUE LO RECOMIENDO PARA ESE TIPO DE VIAJES.

AQUI NADA, ME REFIERO A DENTRO DEL HOTEL, ESO SI SALIR A HACER TURISMO, CREO QUE NADIE VA A PARIS A QUEDARSE EN UN HOTEL

HOTEL EN OBRAS. MUY SUCIO. HABITACIÓN SIN HACER. MUY MAL SERVICIO POR EL PRECIO.

The hotel was clean and tidy and newly fitted bathrooms were good the distance betwwen the train staion Gaurd de Nord was good and local resturants were good and reasonably priced

The hotel had no w-fi avaialble within the rooms or the main reception area you had to walk down the road to the other entrance of the hotel There were no english speaking satalite channels on the TV in the rooms The breakfast room was located in the basement this was very small for the amount of people using it No tea or coffee were available outside of the breakfast time

The metro line and local buses were easily assessable to all of Paris's attractions Very central

The hotel was located quite close to the Gare Du Nord and there is a Metro nearby and there is free internet access.

The hotel appears to be still undergoing some sort of renovations as it was rather dusty in the lobby area (I visited in June 2009). It is located in the centre of Little-India, and you will not feel like you are in Paris at all. For the price I paid, I would have expected a bit more from the hotel, especially it being 3-stars. The rooms were rather small, with narrow single beds (2) and bathroom is extremely small. Breakfast is served from 7am onwards, so if you have an early meeting - you might not be able to make it. There are no coffee/tea facilities in the room. If all you needed was a bed to sleep for the night, the hotel would be ok but I am sure there are plenty of similar hotels around. I would definitely not use this hotel again for personal vacation with wife/gf/partner/family or for any business trips.

If you need to be near the train station (eg Eurostar) and if you wanted to have Indian food. There are many other hotels around the area.

Sorry, there's nothing I can say positive about this hotel

the hotel was very very bad and dirty; room was extremly unpleasent and the shower didn't work. The hotel was underworks and extremly noisy. Breakfast was a nightmere, dirty, really bad food and in a sort of underground cantine, no windows....

If you want a very reasonably priced hotel with contemporary rooms, all recently refurbished, this is a great hotel. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

The rooms are all different, as the hotel is in an old building. One couple in our party had a very small room - but well docorated with a modern bathroom. The staff offered to move them to a bigger room but they chose to stay where they were, as it was close to the other couples in our party. If you are booking, email and request a good sized room - the staff are very helpful and respond quickly to email enquiries. The hotel is on a scruffy main street but we did not feel uncomfortable.

2 minutes walk to rhe Gare du Nord, so anywhere in Paris is handy. Walking distance to Montmartre.

The room was really modern with a pleasant colour scheme. The bathroom was very clean and newly updated.

The hotel was clearly being modernised as the lobby was half finished and the stair case and lift were very tired and outdated. In fact the lift was the smallest one I have ever been in, and could only just fit two people in. The outside of the Hotel had no signage to indicate its name so I was relieved I had taken a note of the address as we would never have found it.

As the location is so near to Gare de Nord, it was easy to get to most of the many sights

Would not stay there again. Hotel still in refurbishment. No working lift available. Terrible location of hotel.

Hotel was based in an area of ethnic minority. Hotel quite small and pokey as was the double room. The lift was only big enough for 2 people and no luggage. The breakfast was terrible. The croissants secret ingredient was cement. Wasnt very impressed to be honest.
