The receptionist very kind, hostile and helpful. Hotel is nice and very good standard. The rate of quality and price is amazing especially compare the hotels in centre of the Roma.

It is really difficult to find the hotel first time. The cuisine in restaurant missing basic typical Italian food. That?s a pity. The beds in double room are terribly instable. As they are two beds and beds and mattress are not fixed in position?

Do not miss the Castel Gabdolfo the Lago Albano and surounding. It is beutifull.

The room we booked had two single beds pushed together, and not a double bed. This was impractical as a "double bed", due to the noticeable gap. For a 4 star hotel, we would have expected a bath and shower as well. We only had a shower, and it was not a power shower.

We did not explore this, as our program was all in Rome city centre.

Oh my god I work in a hotel and we try to "WOW" all of our guests! I was "WOWED" everytime I had an encounter with a hotel employee. I waqs there for 5 days and everything was great. For the price I had paid being low and the service being very high. Stay here!!!!! Easy to get to from the airport by city bus and easy to get to the subway station to get right in the middle of roma!

The hotel room was a little smaller than we were expecting, we had to ask if they had given us a single instead of a double, but apart from that it served our needs, it was clean and comfortable. Transport links are a nightmare but thats no reflection on the hotel.

Over all the hotel was good. We felt there was a lack of information made available to us in terms of staff speaking English and info about the restaurant and when it was being used for a private function and when it was available to us. We were not told about room service until the second to last night and with restaurants being closed on a monday and not opening until 7 in Italian this would have been good to know sooner. Also concerened that the emergency procedure was not available in English in the room. There was a very helpful guy behind the reception who gave us great guide to the local area and helped us at the bar when the lady didn't understand us. He was the best one there. Overall a successful stay - the staff were accomodating when they could understand us and the room was clean and air conditioning and sky tv were great. Special thanks to the guy with the nice beard behind the reception.

Camera molto grande e comoda, accogliente e insonorizzata. Bagno pulito e ben accessoriato. Luigi è stato molto gentile e cordiale con noi. Linea Wi-fi molto utile. Consigliamo a tutti di soggiornare lì.

Pensiamo che sia errato non poter portare con se dalla colazione nemmeno un croissant. Il cameriere era molto invadente durante la nostra colazione in quanto controllava ciò che mangiavamo, toccavamo e bevevamo.

Posizione facilmente raggiungibile da entrambi gli aeroporti di Roma, prenotato tramite hotelopia il rapporto qualità prezzo è più che eccellente.

La sua posizione decentrata lo rende un pò disagevole per raggiungere il centro città, comunque dispone di servizio navetta non troppo frequente ma c'è.

Da fare nei pressi dell'albergo non c'è mlto, per non dire nulla. Questo è dovuto alla posizione decentrata dell'hotel.
