Friendly, helpful and professional staff. It is very convenient for the harbour, beach and old town. There is a good selection of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance of the hotel.

GREAT LOCATION IN A CLOISTERED SQUARE FRONTED BY THE HISTORIC TOWN HALL. MANY RESTAURANTS AND THE OLD TOWN CLOSE AT HAND AS IS THE MARINA AND BEACHES.

BREAKFAST IS EXPENSIVE, GO 3MINUTES AROUND THE CORNER AND BUY ONE FOR A THIRD OF THE PRICE!

LONG WALKS ALONG THE BEACH AREA, OR AROUND THE MARINA WITH ITS MANY RESTAURANTS. OR AROUND THE HEART OF THE OLD TOWN RISING BEYOND THE HOTEL

It could possibly be a little noisy in high season but was fine in early November

Very central to beach, resturants, the castle, the port and to the terminal for the costal train.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Air con not working but fixed straight away. Likewise extra pillows were provided immediately. Couldn't fault anything about the hotel. The position is excellent.

Plenty of restaurants and cafes close by and the marina, beach and esplanade are only a few minutes away. It was easy to find the local attractions such as the castle.

beach is 5 mins walk. shopping: either town centre - 10mins or a shopping centre called plaza mar2 - 15mins walk. loads of bar+restaurants in el barrio.

Great location - 5 mins stroll to beach, but on doorstep of the rest of the city for tapas restaurants and bars

Slightly noisy (we were on level 2) but we only noticed the noise on Thursday night (we left on Friday) - avoid lower level rooms on a weekend - although the higher level rooms are smoking rooms - so your choice really

We walked to the top of the nearby Castle, spent a couple of afternoons on the beach...we got the tram to Benidorm which was a good laugh...took about an hour and cost 5.90 euros each. Main shopping district is only a few minutes away.

No Parking for Car, has do be pay extra for 16 EUR!

Excelente ubicación y relación calidad precio. Es un hotel pequeño pero muy acogedor, situado en la plaza del Ayuntamiento, es decir, a un paso de la Explanada de España y de la Rambla, en pleno centro de Alicante. El personal del hotel es amabilísimo.

Si vas en coche el aparcamiento es de pago en parkings públicos; sí o sí. El paso del tiempo empieza a notarse en el hotel y, si bien todo está correcto, hay cosas como la calidad del colchón que no llegan a satisfacer del todo,
